Home Instead is growing and currently seeking a PRN Registered Nurse who desires flexibility in a work schedule of 10-20 hours per week.  Excellent position for semi-retired RN or mom who wants flexibility around her child’s busy schedule.  NO NIGHTS, WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS!

Office located in Gainesville, GA

Service areas are Hall, Forsyth, Dawson, and Northern Gwinnett County.  Including Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Buford, Cumming, and Dawsonville.

The RN will work closely with our management team to ensure our weekly CarePro Trainees receive the personal care skills training needed to provide first-class care to our elderly clients.  The RN will be needed on Tuesday and/or Thursday afternoons for the designated classes in our Gainesville office.  Each session will last roughly 4 hours depending on the class size which will average 2-5 CarePros.

Additionally, the RN will have great flexibility and control of conducting 3-6 new client assessments and/or existing client re-evaluations that must be completed every 90 days.  Each visit will last roughly 2 hours and is largely scheduled within a 7-day window at the discretion of the RN.

Pay is $45/hour plus mileage reimbursement for travel between client visits. Nurse employed as 1099 contractor.

Qualifications:

• Unencumbered RN licensure in the state of Georgia
• Must be compassionate, loyal and flexible.
• Effective written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with basic laptop technologies and completed digital documentation from the home.
• Must have reliable transportation.
